IT Technician
Starfire Industries has an immediate opening for an IT Technician to track, coordinate, establish, and perform information technology support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, exercise a hands-on, proactive approach, and be willing to assist others as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed electronic records for all facilities and equipment related IT and costs associated with IT
- Assisting employees with computer problems
- Installing software and hardware on users' computers
- Setting up workstations for new employees
- Troubleshooting printing and scanning problems
- Running and troubleshooting Ethernet cabling throughout the building
- Setup and maintenance of audio/visual equipment in conference rooms
- Assist in tracking IT inventory
- Potential to assisting our CIO with server and network administration
- Identification of IT concerns/issues for future needs and expected investment
- Creation and management of long-term equipment tracking system
- Provide cyber-safety trainings at scheduled intervals or as-needed
- Responsible for the cyber-security envelope
- Reports to the Director of IT
